Bridging to the Future mission is to create economic independence for individuals, communities, marginalized groups and regions through entrepreneurship, leadership, and education. A crucial part of this is to enact socio-economic change through enabling communities to help themselves and to create and develop their own local businesses, social enterprises and community-led solutions. We have two main departments:  we started as an investment company, investing in start-ups and early growth businesses across a range of sectors and countries. We then diversified to create a second department. This second department focusses on designing, testing and delivering programs and methodologies to create more leaders, more start-ups, more sustainably growing businesses, more entrepreneurs and overall greater economic independence.  

The Institute of entrepreneurship development is a Greek Organization committed to the promotion of innovation, the enhancing of the spirit of entrepreneurship and work-related skills of youth and adults. By recognizing economic development as a crucial factor for the cohesion of societies, we develop research and are in a position to provide innovative solutions that facilitates the growth of healthy entrepreneurship and promote skills of workers. In order to achieve our goal, we adopt an anthropocentric approach and cooperate with social, academic and business partners from Greece and abroad, aiming at producing and transferring know-how promoting an entrepreneurial culture and enhancing the work-related skills.

BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH ( was founded in 1990 as an independent Austrian organisation for providing continuous training, vocational qualification and career services. Its main activities comprise the development of innovative training programmes for young (+16) individuals and adults, many of them disadvantaged and with migration background, on continuous and vocational training, counselling & coaching and activation for job seekers and employees. The training schemes are client-oriented and based on both the specific needs of the labour market and the participants’ individual situations, skills and competences, previous experience and life circumstances. The institute offers training facilities for up to 15,000 students every year. The innovative training programmes for different target groups include own pedagogic and didactic approaches and materials, especially for social integration, empowerment, self-reflection and motivation, as well as ICT based methods which are constantly being updated. As one of the first training institutes in Austria, BEST has become a certified Eco-C-centre (European Communication Certificate) and provides respective trainings and tests. Within its International Projects Department, BEST shows long experience of cooperation in more than 190 European projects, both as coordinator and partner. The institute is focused on exchange of experience and practice, as well as joint development with European Partners.

Governorship of Istanbul is the highest administrative authority in the city with a number of approximately 300 civil servants and giving service in various fields to the population over 15 million. As the highest authority, GOI has the responsibility of 39 District Governorships and 24 Provincial Directorates such as education, migration, culture and tourism, youth services, health, family and social policies. GOI accelerates regional development and ensures its sustainability by developing the cooperation between the public-private sectors and non-governmental organizations ensuring appropriate and efficient use of resources, and mobilizing local potential, for the implementation of the idea of a union with a more dynamic and more innovative structure in the enlargement processes, through which the European Union has been going, and regarding the democratization process in accordance with EU policies. Governorship of Istanbul is represented by “Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Social Studies and Projects” and “EU and Foreign Affairs” in the projects. GOI has protocols with different institutions for the projects in Istanbul. Moreover GOI governs The Board of European Union Compliance, Counseling and Guidance.

The organization is Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education.  It carries out the local responsibilities of the ministry of National Education. It works under the governorship as an enforcement mechanism on local basis. It is responsible for all educational and youth activities, administration covering all forms of education: formal education (pre- school, primary, lower secondary, upper secondary- technical/vocational schools) non- formal education, adult education, apprenticeship training, in- service training in the city, Istanbul.
