the project

Social skills are a combination of interpersonal people skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes and emotional intelligence quotient among others that enable people to effectively navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills.
Developing social skills is about being aware of how we communicate with others, the messages we send and how methods of communication can be improved to make the way we communicate more efficient and effective.
Through this project we aim to develop the social skills that are required for each occupation. By developing the social skills, adults will have better relations with their colleagues, employers and customers. They will be able to express their ideas and feelings easier.
